Three tier Cake
.First layer is chocolate sponge filled with cherry cheesecake, cherry jelly and cream chocolate covered in white chocolate ganache .Second tier has vanilla sponge filled with gorgonzola cream and pear insertion covered in white chocolate ganache.3rd tier and last one has vanilla sponge filled with cream cheese in raspberry insertion on each layer ,decorated with a horses carousel and sprayed.
NOTE:
Please be aware that the size may differ a bit depend on the filling but the weight will be what you choose.
That being said please PAY ATTENTION TO THE WEIGHT !!
