Two Tier Butterfly Cake

Description

First tier: Has been filled with deep red sponge filled with crema cheese (8inch )

Second tier: Has been filled with chocolate ice-cream cream and small pieces of Belgian chocolate. (6inch)

Both has been coated in white Belgian chocolate ganache, and decorated as in the picture. No-edible butterfly , Edible gold sheets, edible isumalt candy balls.

NOTE:

Please be aware that the size may differ a bit depend on the filling but the weight will be what you choose.

That being said please PAY ATTENTION TO THE WEIGHT !!
