We only use organic free range farm fresh eggs which are accredited by the Organic Growers Association, The Soil Association, RSPCA Freedom Foods and British Red Lion Quality to ensure the hens receive the highest potential standards of animal welfare. We use High Quality Product such as Philadelphia cream cheese, Lurpak Butter, Kessko’s classic vanilla, Callebaut White/Dark/Milk Chocolate, Callebaut Cacao, Natural Honey 100% no sugar added ETC. Our fruit is all fresh and we handmake all our sauces, compotes, fillings and caramels.
Our main Baker has over 15 year experience with a baker designer with several years of experience and we are on the way to grow our staff
